Album

Beck, Bogert & Appice is the 1973 debut album by the band Beck, Bogert & Appice. The group was a power trio featuring guitarist Jeff Beck who had already been a member of The Yardbirds, bassist Tim Bogert, and drummer Carmine Appice both formerly with Vanilla Fudge and Cactus. The album contains Beck's version of the song Superstition which was written by Stevie Wonder. Beck had appeared on Wonder's original recording of the song in 1972. This is the second, and final album released by the power trio of Jeff Beck, Tim Bogert and Carmine Appice. Jeff Beck - Beck, Bogert & Appice 1973. Текст песни: Shine, shine on brightly Take away the night Well float oh so lightly Before the morning free to Beck, Bogert & Appice Beck, Bogert & Appice Black Cat Moan, Lady and more. 9 tracks 36:57. One of the great things about Jeff Beck is his utter unpredictability. It's also one of the most maddening things about him, too, since it's as likely to lead to flights of genius as it is to weird detours like Beck, Bogert & Appice. It's hard to tell what exactly attracted Beck to the rhythm section of Vanilla Fudge and Cactus - perhaps he just wanted to rock really loud and really hard, beating Led Zeppelin at their own game. Released in 1973 I bought the self titled Beck, Bogart and Appice album in SQ Quadraphonic because I owned a 4-channel stereo system. I was a fan of Vanilla Fudge who Carmine Appice and Tim Bogart were a part of. And Jeff Beck was from The Yardbirds and The Jeff Beck Group so this album wasza must have. The songs are all excellent. Lady , Why Should I Care , Superstition , Black Cat Moan all fantastic. Découvrez des références, des avis, des crédits, des chansons, et bien plus encore à propos de Beck, Bogert & Appice - Beck, Bogert & Appice sur , Bogert & Appice was a coming together of three superlative musical minds. but did their only studio album live up to the sum of its parts. Jeff Beck, Tim Bogert and Carmine Appice brought the kind of power, intensity and unbridled musicianship not heard since the heyday of Cream. Loud as damnation and bursting with experimental zeal, Beck Bogert & Appice they bridged the gap between the psychedelic age and a nebulous new era where metal, hard funk, soul and heavy blues could all co-exist in one glorious tumult. People thought we were as good as it gets, Tim Bogert remembers. At the time, I did too
